How does working together start?
With a first call. We listen, ask questions and tell you openly whether we are the right fit. After that, you get a solution outline with architecture, effort and risks before the first line of code is written.
Who owns the source code in the end?
You do. You get the complete source code including documentation. Afterwards, it can be run by us, your own team or a third party. We do not build in any dependency that would be expensive for you to undo later.
Do you also work with our own developers?
That is the rule rather than the exception. Sometimes we hand over to your team after the concept phase, sometimes we keep developing together in the same repositories. We work in two-week sprints and deliver a working version in every sprint.
We already have systems in place. Can you build on them?
That is exactly the case in most of our projects. We connect existing systems, databases and applications via standard interfaces. Which interfaces exist and what is missing is something we clarify in the first call.
